01

Self-Awareness

Do you know your strengths and weaknesses?

A study by DDI found that 89% of leaders have at least one blind spot that they are unaware of. As a leader, being able to recognize your strengths and weaknesses, and understand how your actions impact others, to make better decisions is one of the most important traits you should possess.

02

Relationships

Do you know your strengths and weaknesses?

According to a study by Harvard Business Review, 58% of employees say they trust strangers more than their own boss. When leaders fail to build relationships, it can result in poor communication, low morale, and decreased productivity.

03

Managing Change

How well do you adapt to change?

According to research, 70% of all change initiatives fail, and one of the primary reasons cited is poor leadership. Leadership is a critical aspect of managing change in organizations. When leaders fail to manage change effectively, it can have a significant impact on the success of the change initiative.

Great Idea but No Direction

Problem

Didn't know where to start

An issue I faced as a small business owner was taking the vision and ideas I had and making it come together. I had so much information, things written down, a strategy for certain projects but none of it made sense.

Starting a business can be daunting, but taking the first step is always the hardest.

Investing in expert advice can be the best investment you make for your business.

Plant the Seed

Yannik asked me questions which made me think more about my vision and the projects that would be most impactful, then he put it all together for me and it made perfect sense. This is why I call him a pioneer.

"Believe in yourself and your vision, and your small business can become a reality."

Starting a business requires taking the leap of faith and having the courage to pursue your dreams.

When Planning and Executing Pays Off

I started my Agriculture Business and within 6 months, I had a location (brick and mortar), a hungry community for food and change, business connections and a non profit that is thriving and growing. I also have confidence to be who God has called me to be. The things I saw as shortcomings, I feel God used Yannik to impart all he did, but ultimately the confidence and direction that was necessary to take the next step to walk in Purpose.

Reaching a goal is not just a moment of success, it's the culmination of hard work, dedication, and the pure joy of achieving something great."

Confidence and direction pave the way to success, even the toughest challeges are no match for a confident mind.

Understand yourself,
unleash your full potential

By taking assessments and getting actionable insights on your results, you’ll learn something new about yourself and your team. The more assessments an individual or team takes, the more insights you’ll get!

Assessment Types

There are nine personality types in the Enneagram system, each with its unique set of characteristics and specific motivating drivers. By understanding these different characteristics, team members can learn how to work more effectively with one another.

Time to take the assessment: 10-15 minutes

16 Types assesses four areas of an individual’s personality:

1) Where energy is received,
2)How information is taken in,
3) How decisions are made, and
4) Outward behavioral tendencies. A four-letter code represents each of these areas.

Time to take the assessment: 5-7 minutes

The DISC assessment measures how you respond to favorable and unfavorable situations—scoring on an individual’s tendency toward dominance, compliance, influence, and steadiness.

Time to take the assessment: 5-7 minutes

The Energy Rhythm assessment brings awareness to an individual’s patterns of focus and energy. This insight helps illuminate what times of day they feel most alert and what types of tasks they do best during certain times of the day.

Time to take assessment: 2-5 minutes

The I.D. questionnaire reveals a person’s natural and best way of accomplishing tasks. It provides practical strategies to help individuals achieve greater and more consistent success and fulfillment while minimizing stress or frustration.

Time to take assessment: 10-15 minutes

Motivating Values assess the core values someone has that influence why the person behaves in certain ways. The values an individual possesses are a fundamental incentive for motivation.

Time to take assessment: 8-10 minutes

Strengthscope® helps individuals discover and develop the underlying qualities that energize them and operate as strengths to bring their best to work and life every day.

Time to take assessment: 30-35 minutes

StrengthsFinder identifies an individual’s top 5 strengths. These strengths are each assigned to one of four main groupings: Executing, Strategic Thinking, Influencing, and Relationship Building.

Time to take assessment: 35-45 minutes

VIA identifies positive character strengths within the six categories: Wisdom, Courage, Humanity, Justice, Temperance, and Transcendence. These strengths are aspects of an individual’s character when they are their true, positive self.

Time to take assessment: 10-15 minutes

The Culture Pulse assessment measures values, norms, beliefs, and behavior to demonstrate how culture influences the ways employees behave amongst themselves and with people outside the organization.

Time to take assessment: 6-10 minutes
