Viktor Frankl was a Jewish psychotherapist who lost his father, mother, and wife to concentration camps during WWII. Frankl faced an insurmountable amount of adversity and pain, and yet, Frankl never attributed lack of meaning to external forces, he believed that having meaning and purpose in life is what created a joyful life.Â

Frankl’s story is an extreme example of the pain we, as humans, experience. However, you have a story and have experienced hard situations.
